Ditto. I left my iPod in the room, and everyone must have been out at
housekeeping when I called. So, I contacted the front desk directly when no one
answered at housekeeping; the desk clerk (or whatever they're called these
days) ran up to the room, found my iPod, and shipped it to me FedEx Ground (at
my expense, of course). I should have it back today or tomorrow.
Excellent venue and great customer service.
While outside antennas (or at least a long wire strung diagonally across the
atrium at the 7th floor level) might be handy, to me the primary attraction is
the social aspect. Excluding the lack of outdoor antennae, the place is very
comfortable, fridge and microwave in the room, free breakfast buffet, all sorts
of places to sit down with other kids and chat... what more could one ask for?
I vote return to Plymouth Meeting, and I am unanimous in that.
