That was one aspect that we really hadn't thought about in advance,
but - I agree - turned out to be something we took advantage of.  Not
only could you hang out in the exhibit room, there were three or four
areas with sofas and chairs for impromptu "hanging out" as well as all
the tables in the sunken atrium itself, as well as the sofa & chair
that each suite had.  And, while we didn't use this space, the 2nd
floor Terrace could also be set up with tables and chairs for general
conversation.  There was the Hospitality Room as well, though it was a
tad small.

It really struck me that this type of hotel is well-suited for
"reunion" type gatherings such as the Fest.
