As far as I know the products / recipes are identical - have you compared side-by-side?
Perhaps next March you can stash a Tampa-brewed 6-pack in your luggage and we can do some side-by-side comparisons. Nothing like field research, I say! Given that shipping water (which most beer admittedly is) is expensive, Ohio would likely get their nectar from PA, I'd guess.
