With the Mets slipping to minor league status, it's a surprise that their 
flagship remains 50kW "clear channel" WFAN in New York.  A 5kW regional 
(980-WOFX) that's carried them for years up here in the Capital Region recently 
announced it was switching to the Red Sox this year.  Oddly enough, no other 
station has yet stepped up to replace this void.  Wonder why???
