When you consider just how big the operation was this lot is but a drop in the ocean. I'll bet it's just the stuff they didn't want to take.

The furniture probably doesn't go with the new decor. The mixing gear is old hat (most program production being done on PC's today). They probably "discovered" this stuff down in the basement closet behind the old Civil Defence food stash and the boxes of old invoices from 1927.

Although, from the auction flyer it does rather look as if they just got up and left.
