I considered getting a Racal RA-3791 before I got the WJ-8711A. This DSP-based receiver is similar to the WJ-8711A, with interesting features like up to 100 user-programable IF filters. A nice Racal RA-3791 recently became available and I pulled the trigger. I should get it within the next two weeks.
