As a tribute to and remembrance of our old friend Frans Vossen of VRT/RVI Belgium and Flanders Today, here is a link to a Media Network (RNW) program first broadcast in 1995 that profiled RVI and had an extensive interview with Frans. During his career at RVI, Frans made annual trips to visit us and his listeners in Kulpsville, PA.
