> Puerto Vallarta has been chosen to test a new concept in traffic lights.
> The
> National Traffic Safety Institute of Mexico (Instituto Nacional Transito
> Seguro de Mexico) announced that all of the traffic lights in Puerto
> Vallarta will be changed as part of a three month study designed to
> improve
> traffic safety and reduce traffic accidents at intersections.
>
> A spokesman for INTSdeM says that medical surveys show that as many as

> In this experiment, all the traffic lights in town will be changed from

> Green

> Starting next week, drivers will have to stop for passionate purple

> Traffic officials in USA and Canada are watching this trial and will
