My previous test of an earlier beta worked okay but I've missed some recent ones. The Thai text that works with 1.5.5 does not work with this latest pre-release. It displays a few characters (font name and some latin characters).

Joachim, the Augustine Confessions module seems to display just fine for me with headings turned on, so maybe something you did fixed the problem (using the module from the beta page).
I think all known outstanding issues have been resolved.
