Depends. Some are actively downloaded though w/o a recent release.

Bible Desktop is very much alive on that criteria alone. Many, many downloads 
every month. I’m not getting negative feedback that it is incomplete or that 
more is wanted. However, I’m actively working on it.

If it still works, fills a niche then keep on the list.
