Well, I have to tell both of you (or maybe I don't), but this wifi
radio I've been playing with has convinced more than ever that when
it comes to radio I am much more a content hound than a dxer. I can
get stations and programs on this thing that I never could or will be
able to get with my shortwave radio. That is not to say that I don't
still like and enjoy shortwave. But the internet is value added (big
time) as far as content is concerned. BBC Radio 4 and the WS used to
share some content. That--unfortunately--happens far less now. But
it's still all available and then some if one is willing (and, of
course, able) to be more, shall we say, flexible in his or her use of
platforms.
