Since most sycamore wikis are table based the only thing that can really be accomplished with CSS is changing colors, fonts and text sizes. If you need larger text size use your browsers built in text size adjustment option. The colors on most sycamore wikis is already white on black, pretty high contrast. No one needs to change the fonts, they may want to, but they don't need to.
