Agreed. Eventually, it would be nice if all of these options were 
available as well.

This is interesting.  In the case of a single wiki, some people could 
find it confusing to have to worry about the differences between admins 
and 'super-duper' admins---but I understand that this is a idea still in 
development.

Until this is worked out, a command-line interface is, as you mentioned, 
a very simple way to get this functionality.
