I think it's caused by your bad attitude. I'm not sure if it's 
intentional, or maybe a language barrier - but to me at least you come 
across as very rude.

The whole thing is pretty simple.  If you think something is wrong, 
create a ticket. If you can't reopen a ticket - create a new one.  If 
you have a patch, attach it to your ticket.  Your ticket should contain 
steps to reproduce, and what you think is wrong.

Someone will see your ticket, and deal with it. Maybe it will get done 
in 5 minutes, maybe it will get done in 5 weeks, that's the nature of 
open source.

Your demanding and rude attitude doesn't help with anything except to 
alienate yourself from the developers.
