I also prefer Twig over PHP, but I think both should be documented (maybe 
wasn't it the question ?).
Moreover, I think documentation should clearly explain how to create our own 
template language, because some
people might have already learned another template engine (such as smarty), and 
would want to adapt it to
Symfony2, for their designers not to learn new template language. But, I know, 
huge docs are not for now, and
it would even be better to have only small docs about general-use topics and 
topic-specific docs, such as
making our own template engine.
