Now I actually think defining the routing as annotations is pretty neat, so I'm not against the Framework Extra bundle.
However why has it been included in Standard Edition? As a user coming from the conference last week and downloading this for the first time they are going to get very confused looking at the example Bundle. That bundle is not part of the core framework currently and has no documentation in the Book. So when people see this code and compare it to the Controller section in the book they are going to be very confused. I saw one poster in #symfony-dev who has been using Symfony2 for a while being very confused about it this evening, I would have if I hadn't noticed the package on git hub a few weeks ago. I just can't see the rational behind it at all. -- If you want to report a vulnerability issue on symfony, please send it to security at symfony-project.com You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "symfony developers" group.
