Finally getting somewhere!

@Marjin:

I have a solution similar to your approach, if you are more
comfortable with trac, just submit your plugin to trac as your own,
github users can start with your code if they want.

I would rather have a working plugin available.... there is always
room for improvements later, the MAIN problem now is that none of the
payments plugins was ported to 1.2

What the 97% of the users needs right now is a working plugin, if you
have one, upload it. someone wants to improve it/reuse or just use it,
svn checkout.

Thats the beauty of free software.
