That's a bug. There should be K.exquo instead of K.quo in:
g[s-i] = K.quo(coeff, i*r*lc)
In new polys exquo() does what quo() did previously. Now quo() computes
also the
remainder and checks if it's zero. If not it raises ExactQuotientFailed
exception.
