No, because you are changing dup_quo_ground(). See a few lines below that,  
there is a
function dup_exquo_ground() which uses K.exquo (actually its replacement).  
In a field
there is no difference between quo and exquo, and in a ring there is an  
assumption
that K.exquo is equivalent to // operator and that operator really does its  
job (this
is not true for / operator for certain types). So you can use both // and  
K.exquo.

As to c#46 solution is to avoid using Poly explicitly if not sure. If you  
pass Basic
expression instead, roots() will force field=True and there will be no  
error. It
would be however useful it didn't fail in this simple case.
