So I am now not even sure that this really works, though it seemed to when I first tested it. I applied this on top of a WIP branch of mine because I am trying to improve coverage in ode.py, and running bin/coverage_report.py and bin/coverage_report.py -s sympy/solvers/ode.py sympy/solvers/tests/test_ode.py both create html files for every file in the covhtml directory (albeit with much lower coverage in most of the files for the ODE version).
