Well, if you can figure out how to make ==== work, that would be super,
because that looks much better in the source code imho. Go ahead and fix
the other parts of the code that use *Header* too (at least ode, solvers,
and simplify; maybe others too).
I just remember trying all sorts of things last year with the ode docs and
not being able to figure out any way that didn't fail with a severe rst
markup error (cannot build), and I eventually just gave up and used
*Header*.
