Yes this is Sympy 0.7.0.
Just to be clear, the issue here is that the current sympy Windows installer
"sympy-0.7.0.win32.exe" just does not work.
I have instead installed sympy from the tarball, but I think this would be
beyond many Windows users, so the issue really needs fixing.
I can't help with the unix stuff, but if you want me to take a look at the
Windows components I'd be happy to do so.
