Yes that's definitely the problem.
I've just checked that everything works ok with Python32 under Win64 and it
does.
So although 64bit is the future it's not here yet, and I can't see any
reason why anyone should be in dire need of Python64 yet.
So suggest you just make it clear you support Python32 only with the
Windows installer (and that Python32 is fine on Win64). Python64 requires
install via tarball.
Now all I want is Jython support!
