I tried implementing a fix but apparently, a large number of tests depend
upon the result 0**x != 0.
As a matter of fact, this exact test appears in
core/tests/test_eval_power.py, line 207.
So, how should we proceed about this?

So if anyone wants, they can see what tests are failing)
