This letter is vary significant and clarify behavior of SymPy which
concerns with those topics:

        automatic expressions transformation (SymPy policy)
        simplify
        singularities and continuity
        core description - (Mul.flatten policy)

Of course we must add this to the wikipages and/or to the documentation.
