in TMimeMess.AddPartText you explicitly added:
EncodingCode := ME_QUOTED_PRINTABLE;
i now want to add the text part on my own (as suggested by geby)
but what content transfer should i choose?
i saw 1 email with 8bit and another with 7bit
what is the reason that u use quoted printable for AddPartText?
