Joshua, The RDBMS-MIB you refer to has some problems. In the mibs.zip from www.elifulkerson.com you'll find rfcmibs.diff listing patches needed for different mibs. When you look for RDBMS-MIB.txt you'll find corrections for errors that are present in this mib.

Care should be taken to avoid flooding the network with these traps." ::= { iso(1) org(3) dod(6) internet(1) mgmt(2) mib-2(1) rdbmsMIB(39) rdbmsTraps(2) 2 } You'll have to adapt -M. to point to your mib directory.
