I downloaded your mibs directory and it works fine.

>
> C:\snmptranslate>snmptranslate.exe -Td -M. -mALL .1.
> 3.6.1.2.1.39.2.2 iso.3.6.1.2.1.39.2.2 iso OBJECT-TYPE

This means that snmptranslate can't find the mibs. As I noted earlier the -M
parameter is used to specify to the dir containing the mibs. I ran
snmptranslate from the directory containing the mibs. Hence -M. in my
command line.

Add -Dparse-mibs to snmptranslate to get debug info. It's a lot of output
but in the beginning you get the list of mibs parsed by snmptranslate.

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
