I still don't understand why we can't remove the dependency from 1.0.
Suppose Rampart doesn't release for Axis2 1.2 in time for AC? Then your
plan is hosed with the current dependency model!

I've heard that they are also moving to Maven2 which would help us
integrate in an easier manner. I am also expecting them to start
