It's in r3465 with a slight mod to remove some redundancy, and I have
also renamed config.xml to syncengine.conf.xml to avoid any confusion in
future. The double-hyphen in the template I have dealt with simply by
removing the example sync command and just inserting some text to tell
the user to insert their sync command at this point (a better approach,
I think, as a user's sync group name is almost guaranteed to be
different to the one I had in the file!
Seems OK here with my usual batch of stress-tests across three different
handheld types, so we can see how it flies in the field....
