It broke Ubuntu Hardy (r3466 is in the debian packages, so i had to patch
the patch), but the next Ubuntu will obviously be the same as Debian and so
OK. From reading the Debian bug report that lead to this change, I *think*
(was a while ago) this part of the change is only a warning in Debian right
now, so could be reverted.
I'm sure i've seen Gentoo suffer as well.
