Because the author versioned it originally 0.1. 0.2 is a clear
progression from 0.1.

This was a mistake on your part. There is nothing to say that every
SynCE module will have exactly the same version number. pywbxml and
librtfcomp have different version numbers, for example. You will have to
use an epoch tag.

No. I'll change it for the next release so it's in sync with the other
modules but this really isn't my problem.
