synce-hal 0.11.1 does not exist. It would be much more wise to use the
correct version number, for obvious reasons. Using an epoch cannot be
that hard. If it is, then I'd say there's something wrong with your
packaging system (I am going on what one must do with epochs in Debian;
they are frightfully easy to use).
