That's what I get without --combined-calendar-task. When I enable it, the tool
reports that "calendar+todo" are combined. I believe this is because it only
sends a VEVENT when testing "calendar+todo", which will always succeed as long
as it finds the right URI for events - in other words, almost always.

That means we really need to change the testing.
