Our requirement is for straightforward phone/PDA to desktop/laptop synchronisation. We're simply not big enough to require any sort of 'groupware' solution though it would fulfil our needs if it was lightweight enough to manage and run on our own server system.
Having wanted something to replace our ageing Palm based PDAs I have yet to find *anything* that does what we need as simply and effectively.
