Hmm. Looks like an issue for Jussi.
ok?
The log file showed that libecal/gdbus fail because a string is not in UTF-8. They definitely shouldn't crash in this case, but that's a different issue. The solution in SyncEvolution is to convert from the phone's character set. Now I remember that this came up before, and I have a work item for fixing it in my backlog - sorry for not getting to it sooner: https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=14414 I got the impression that you have a Sony Ericsson phone. Is that right?
Yes, its a K810i. Sorry, i've wrote it only in the ubuntuusers-thread.
I'll try to prepare an experimental release with a fix for this today or tomorrow.
FINE! But I'll be offline for the next days. Looking forward! _______________________________________________ SyncEvolution mailing list [email protected] http://lists.syncevolution.org/listinfo/syncevolution
