For synchronizing the builtin (?) Address Book you would need some software for importing/exporting/synchronizing that data, which probably doesn't exist. But I don't know ATMail, so perhaps there is something. Perhaps you can get it to work by putting your contacts into an LDAP server, connecting Evolution and ATMail to it (both support LDAP), then synchronize the Android phone with that via SyncEvolution and Evolution. But this is not something that someone has already tried. What you seem to be looking for is an integrated solution covering several different, heterogeneous systems.
