Huh? They show up here.

My mistake, this not showing up was a grep artifact I caused. The model
is updated. This user/password is not necessarily tied to evolution,
right? It is used by the webDAV backends too.
Just to make sure again, 'shared' here means 'belongs to a data source'
(and it's shared from the POV of the sync config). 'Unshared' means it's
part of a SyncSource (and thus exclusively for the sync config
involved).
