Summary: Windows uninstall leaves files behind

Initial Comment:
Using SVN240 on Windows XP Home, SP2.

Steps to reproduce - Install Synfig Core, install Synfig studio. Uninstall
synfig studio, uninstall synfig core, selecting uninstall all options.

Only the examples directory is completely removed. Much of the file structure
remains. 3 dlls remain in .../synfig/bin, one cfg file in /etc, multiple files
in share/pixmaps

According to pxegeek, the r426 build still doesn't uninstall share/pixmaps
stuff.

Yes, I know about that. I'm checking now, which libraries are really
required to distribution. Properly uninstalling images has it's own
hardship, but I place it into my todo and search the good solution.
