Category: Binary Installation Group: SVN version Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Atrus (gmatrus) Summary: Windows uninstall leaves files behind Initial Comment: Using SVN240 on Windows XP Home, SP2. Steps to reproduce - Install Synfig Core, install Synfig studio. Uninstall synfig studio, uninstall synfig core, selecting uninstall all options. Only the examples directory is completely removed. Much of the file structure remains. 3 dlls remain in .../synfig/bin, one cfg file in /etc, multiple files in share/pixmaps ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Atrus (gmatrus) Date: 2007-04-07 16:36 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1627997 Originator: NO Amazing. I'm checking now, which libraries are really required to distribution. Properly uninstalling images has it's own hardship, but I place it into my todo and search the good solution. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Paul Wise (pabs3) Date: 2007-03-07 10:07 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=35028 Originator: NO Atrus, could you take a look at this please? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=757416&aid=1673269&group_id=144022 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
