Ok, so why don't we start to prepare the documentation/information needed to
send a join request for the next submission entry?

I think that we should address the consequences of those FAQs.
I would try to start by copying the FAQs and doing a comment on how do we fit
on the appliance requirements.
September first is just after the summer vacations and maybe we are not fully
accessible during August to prepare the submission email.
