Hi!
In my original post I talked from compare 20130803 to 20130731 the first
downloaded from your dropbox link from the email of August 3rd, and the
second downloaded from sourceforge (I think that you messed up the quote of
my original post). If 20130803 has debug symbols, it is the reason for the
slowdown, if not then there is a problem. But I believed that it didn't
have debug symbols on it.
