I can say for sure: version downloaded from sourceforge have NO debug symbols. Any version downloaded from Dropbox link DOES have debug symbols. By the way, you can easily tell if build have debug symbols or not looking at the package size. The package without debug symbols is around 50 MB, while the package with debug is around 80 MB.
