There aren't as many out there as I assumed... i had hoped that list was
incomplete and there was a gem out there I hadn't heard of, but
apparently not. ;(

Does anyone know how mega-shops like Google do installs?  I'd assume
they'd pre-image root disks and add them during assembly line setup.
