Hi Folks,
I've gotten a few people commenting that the abstract in the announcement
is far too abstract for the subject. I did include a _real_ abstract in
my request to announce the ID but it didn't appear. Rather, the first
paragraph if Section 1 was used as the abstract. I have a lot of respect
for the draft editors and I think that they're doing a great job. I
suspect that they were busy, however, and just overlooked it.
Here is the abstract that I had originally requested to be included in
the announcement. I'll do a better job of making sure that this is shown
more clearly in the next announcement when I've gotten together more edits
and corrections.
