Anyone, I still use a Macintosh IIci OS 6.0.8 and have several spare CPUs for eventual use. While I do have several 1GB and 2GB SCSI external hard drives** which I use to back up data and software, I wish to buy several more Mac SCSI external drives for future use.
** these drives have OS ranging from 6.0.8 to 7.6.1 Does anyone have any 1GB or 2GB mac SCSI external hard drives for sale, either used or new (doubtful) or know where I might buy these drives? If so please advise. Also, it is my understanding that the Mac IIci will not 'normally' recognize or otherwise accept external drives that are greater than 2GB. Is this correct or not? Are there workarounds? If so, then I would be interested in SCSI external drives which have greater storage capacity than 2GB.
