I confirmed, that only after I reduce MAKEOPTS='-j1' , I'm successfully built systemd. CFLAGS='-march=atom -mfpmath=sse -mssse3 -O2 -pipe -m8bit-idiv -fomit-frame- pointer' GCC-4.7.2-r1 dev-util/cmake-2.8.10.2-r1 sys-devel/make-3.82-r4 I've read a lot to find a solution, but find it here only.
