My cellular phone is a Nokia 3660 running the Talx software. There is no information about whether the Talx software will recognize that voice mail waiting symbol and tell me it is on the screen. Since it is 3rd party software, T-mobile knows nothing about it, and refuses to learn about it, even though blind people can't use the newer phones without them talking.
