I unlocked my 3595 Nokia (Cincinnati Bell Wireless/AT&T) and purchased a prepaid T-Mo card - works fine for calls. However, the T-Zones did not work. So I called T-MO CS and was told to hold the 0 key down - and even though the phone was locked I should be able to get T-Zones to work. It didn't - so I went thru all my saved posts and I changed the GPRS settings to what I found on the internet - i.e. homepage = wap.voicestream.com IP address 216.155.165.050 etc. I then held the 0 down and now get a message that your plan does not support this feature. So I called T-MO back and a different rep said even though my 3595 was unlocked the only way T-Zones will work is to get a T-Mo phone. I asked him if I had to do something like flashing or flexing (don't know what that is should have paid more attention) but he said the only way T-Zones would work is on a T-Mo phone. He assured me he knew what he was talking about and there was no way I could use my unlocked 3595 with the prepaid T-MO that has freeT-Zones. Would someone confirm this before I start looking for solutions. I will gladly google but if anyone has a quick answer I would be grateful. Not exactly sure what I need to do. Thanks!
