Call and ask for them to send them.> Thank you - I called tech support and asked them to do this. They had me turn off the phone and sent, changed or checked some settings but it still wouldn't work. Once again they then said only a T-Mo phone would work.
<Some handsets are in fact LOCKED to specific WAP settings and unless you actually flash or flex it wont allow change...> I unlocked the phone myself but I do not know how to flex or flash it. I do have a USB cable I bought for it off eBay. Could you please tell me how or where to find out how to do this. I appreciate your response very much.
